This site describes merchant acquiring services arranged by TODO: LEGAL ENTITY as a registered agent or ISO of TODO: PROCESSOR. It is marketing material and general information.

It is not an offer, and completing the form does not create an agreement between us. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice.

We are not a bank

Sterling Pay is not a bank and does not take deposits. We arrange merchant acquiring through a registered agent relationship. Any account placed for you is held with an acquiring bank, on that bank's terms.

Approval is not guaranteed

Every application is subject to underwriting by the acquiring bank. We do not guarantee that an account will be approved, and we do not guarantee any particular timeline. Timelines given on this site are typical ranges, not commitments.

Rates shown here are indicative

Published rates are starting figures. Your final pricing depends on your risk profile, your processing volume, your chargeback history, and your vertical, and is set at underwriting. Reserve requirements, where they apply, are disclosed to you in writing before you sign anything.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business named. Underwriting decisions rest on it, so inaccurate information may cause an application to be declined or an approved account to be closed.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to TODO: LEGAL ENTITY. You may read and share them, but you may not reproduce them commercially without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
